Code of Conduct Policy

Effective May 2026 Reviewed annually

Purpose and scope

This Code sets out the standards of behaviour expected of every Norvica Logistics director, employee, and contractor, and of the agents and sub-contractors who act on our behalf. It applies wherever we operate. Where this Code sets a higher standard than local law or custom, this Code applies.

Our commitments

We act with honesty and integrity. We keep our promises to clients. We comply with the law of every country we touch. And we treat colleagues, customers, suppliers, authorities, and the public with respect.

Compliance with the law

We obey all applicable laws and regulations — including customs, aviation, maritime, road-transport, sanctions, export-control, anti-bribery, competition, data-protection, employment, and health-and-safety law. If you are unsure whether something is permitted, ask before you act.

Trade controls and sanctions

Because we move international, diplomatic, and high-value cargo, we screen the parties and goods we handle, we refuse shipments that would breach sanctions or export controls, and we never knowingly facilitate the movement of prohibited or undeclared goods.

Anti-bribery and corruption

We do not offer, give, request, or accept bribes, kickbacks, or facilitation payments — directly or through a third party. See our Anti-Corruption Policy.

Gifts and hospitality

Gifts and entertainment must be modest, transparent, and never capable of improperly influencing a decision. See our Gifts & Entertainment Policy.

Conflicts of interest

We avoid situations where personal, family, or financial interests conflict — or appear to conflict — with Norvica’s, and we disclose any such situations so they can be managed.

Fair dealing

We compete on the merits of our service. We deal honestly with clients, carriers, insurers, and authorities, and we do not misrepresent our capabilities, our prices, or our paperwork.

Confidentiality and data protection

We protect client, partner, and employee information, use it only for legitimate business purposes, and handle personal data lawfully.

Company and client assets

We safeguard the cargo entrusted to us and use company resources responsibly and only for proper purposes.

Our people

We provide a safe workplace and do not tolerate discrimination, harassment, forced labour, or child labour — in our own operations or in our supply chain. See our Health & Safety Policy, Environmental Policy, and Child Labour Policy.

Accurate records

Our manifests, customs declarations, financial records, and reports are complete and accurate. We never falsify a document or make a misleading entry.

Raising concerns

Anyone who suspects a breach of this Code or of the law should report it to Norvica management. We investigate reports made in good faith, and we do not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a concern honestly — even if they turn out to be mistaken.

Breaches

Breaching this Code may lead to disciplinary action up to and including dismissal, termination of a contract or supplier relationship, and referral to the authorities.
