Business Ethics Policy

Effective May 2026 Reviewed annually

Purpose

This policy explains how Norvica Logistics conducts business honestly and ethically. It complements our Code of Conduct and Anti-Corruption Policy and applies to all personnel and to third parties acting on our behalf.

Honest and fair dealing

We are truthful about our services, our capacity, our pricing, our timelines, and the status of every shipment. We do not mislead clients, carriers, insurers, or authorities, and we honour our contractual commitments.

Fair competition

We compete on service quality, reliability, and value. We do not fix prices, rig bids, allocate markets or customers, or exchange commercially sensitive information with competitors.

Trade compliance — sanctions and export controls

International and diplomatic logistics demands rigour here. We screen counterparties, end-users, and goods against the applicable sanctions and export-control regimes; we obtain the licences and permits a shipment requires; and we decline business that would breach those rules, or that we cannot satisfactorily verify.

Anti-money laundering

We deal only with legitimate clients and legitimate funds. We carry out reasonable due diligence on customers and partners, are alert to attempts to disguise the source or purpose of money, and report suspicious activity through the proper channels.

Anti-bribery

We prohibit bribery and corruption in every form. See our Anti-Corruption Policy.

Conflicts of interest

Personal, family, or financial interests must not influence business decisions. Actual or potential conflicts must be disclosed promptly and managed.

Accurate records and transparency

Our books, customs declarations, invoices, and reports reflect transactions truthfully and completely. We do not maintain undisclosed accounts or make false or misleading entries.

Confidential and inside information

We protect information entrusted to us by clients and partners and do not use it for personal gain or disclose it improperly.

Third parties

We expect agents, sub-contractors, and suppliers to uphold standards consistent with this policy, and we take their conduct into account when we select and review them.

Political contributions and lobbying

Norvica does not make political donations to obtain or retain business, and engages with government only lawfully and transparently.

Accountability

Concerns about a breach of this policy should be reported to Norvica management. Reports made in good faith are taken seriously and investigated, and retaliation against the person who raised them is not tolerated. Breaches may result in disciplinary action, termination of a contract or supplier relationship, and referral to the authorities.

This policy is maintained by the management of Norvica Logistics. For questions, or to report a concern, contact info@norvica.ae. Norvica may update this policy from time to time; the version published here is the current one.
